Sir Updates only applicable for the following headsets:
- Boom! Audio 20S
- Boom! Audio 20S EVO
- Boom! Audio SPH10
Boom Audio Bluetooth Device Manager Installation Instructions 1. “Download Boom Audio Bluetooth Device Manager” for the appropriate
operating system.
2. When prompted, save the compressed file to your computer desktop.
3. When the download is complete, extract the file to your desktop and run the installer.
4. Follow the on screen instructions to install any necessary drivers.
20S, 20S EVO, or SPH10 Update Instructions
1. Make sure the headset is powered off.
2. Make sure you have the USB to USB micro cable provided with your headset.
3. Run the Boom Audio Bluetooth Device Manager program.
4. Follow the on screen instructions for updating your headset.
5. After installation is complete, please perform a factory reset on your headset. WHIM Updates only applicable on the following bikes equipped with a Wireless Headset Interface Module:
- 2018 CVO Street Glide
- 2018 CVO Road Glide
- 2018 CVO Limited
- Other 2014 or newer Touring and Trike models equipped with a Boom! Box 6.5GT audio system and an accessory Wireless Headset Interface Module Part Number 76000768.
WHIM Update Instructions
1. Make sure the motorcycle is
completely off and in the Ignition Off state.
2. Remove the seat and locate the USB plug, this will be used for updating the WHIM
software (note: if you purchased the WHIM as an accessory, your USB plug may be
under the right side cover instead).
3. Make sure you have the USB to USB micro cable provided with your headset.
4. Run the Boom Audio Bluetooth Device Manager program.
a. You will be instructed during the update process to plug the USB cable into your
computer; do not plug it in prior to this.
5. Follow the on screen instructions for updating your WHIM.
